Organizational Options
(Most organizations will need to register their member's street address.
If an organization does not need member's street address, then only
city/state/zip will be asked for statistics. If an organization does
not register phone numbers, fax/pager/cell will not be asked either.
Some organizations need to register member spouse's name. The spouse's
name clearly is spurious for a single's club.)
